We offer a refund or exchange for orders returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Any orders returned after the 14 day period will be issued with a store credit note (valid for 6 months from date of issue).
Returns are simple, to request a return please send an email to: email@example.com notifying us that you would like to make a return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. This includes all product labels to be in-place and still attached to the product. Please note returns will not be processed if the product labels have been removed/detached from the item, and the items will be returned to you. The customer should pay for the return shipping costs, and we advise using a recorded service to guarantee safe delivery (2nd Class 'signed for' is fine). Please ensure that returns are sent in suitable, protective packaging. We will send out exchanges free of charge.
